Service Description
Tina specializes in providing helping professionals with high-impact, somatic tools to navigate the heavy emotional toll of their work. Rather than just discussing burnout, she teaches the 'why' behind what job stress does to the body and provides the specific 'how-to' for releasing it. Her training equips professionals with practical grounding techniques and nervous-system regulations to 'reset' between clients, as well as clear physical transitions for the beginning and end of the work day. She offers many tools and trainings, but unique to her approach is the use of drumstick work—an active, rhythmic practice designed to physically discharge stored stress and move the body out of 'fight or flight' mode. By mastering these techniques to leave work at work, mental health professionals can move from a state of constant survival mode to one of professional thriving, ensuring they stay energized and effective for themselves and the people who need them most.
