Hi, my name is Tina Harris.

I help helping professionals and teams prevent burnout, build resilience, and thrive under pressure -using somatic-based coaching that works with the body, not just the mind.

Through movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and practical tools, I teach individuals and organizations how to:
